GUIDELINES FOR SITE PREPARATION & DELIVERY:

   Site should be accessible for transport truck.
   Site should be as level as possible.
   Soil should be compacted to avoid sinking or shifting of loose ground.
   The unit to be transported should not be overloaded, as overloading can cause structural failure.
   Landscaping & terrain around the home must be graded to slope ground for water runoff away from the home.

Upon completion of a safe delivery our professional crews will install your home to assure it is leveled correctly to meet manufacturer, state, & local jurisdiction requirements. Utility installation is available in the state of new mexico.

All work is guaranteed by a written 90 day installation warranty.
