Owners Rick and Kandice have dedicated more than four decades to delivering high-quality workmanship, dependable service, and exceptional customer care to homeowners across the Four Corners region and the Southwestern United States.
As active members of the New Mexico Manufactured Housing Rick and Kandice remain deeply involved in the industry. They regularly attend meetings and educational sessions to stay informed on the latest regulations, safety standards, and technological advancements in manufactured housing installation and transportation.

We provide a full range of services, including disassembly and preparation, transportation, and setup of manufactured homes, modular homes, office trailers, and park model units. Kandice serves on multiple industry boards and committees—helping shape policy, improve safety standards, and elevate quality across New Mexico’s manufactured housing sector. She currently serves on the New Mexico Manufactured Housing Association as the Installer/Transporter/Supplier Board Director & multiple technical advisory committees through New Mexico Regulation & Licensing Department Manufactured Housing Committee.
Rick began working in the manufactured housing industry at just 15 years old, learning the trade alongside his family. Recognizing his natural skill and passion for the industry, he soon branched out on his own. Rick has since been honored as one of the Top Five Preferred Setup Contractors in New Mexico, a distinction awarded by the New Mexico Manufactured Housing Association. Rick also contributes his expertise to the industry by serving on technical advisory committees that develop training programs for manufactured housing professionals, and he continues to support the field through his work as a consultant.
