Kandice serves on multiple industry boards and committees—helping shape policy, improve safety standards, and elevate quality across New Mexico’s manufactured housing sector. She currently serves on the New Mexico Manufactured Housing Association as the Installer/Transporter/Supplier Board Director & multiple technical advisory committees through New Mexico Regulation & Licensing Department Manufactured Housing Committee.
Rick began working in the manufactured housing industry at just 15 years old, learning the trade alongside his family. Recognizing his natural skill and passion for the industry, he soon branched out on his own. Rick has since been honored as one of the Top Five Preferred Setup Contractors in New Mexico, a distinction awarded by the New Mexico Manufactured Housing Association.
