Proper site preparation is essential for the long-term stability and performance of your manufactured home. Our site preparation services include clearing land, grading for proper drainage, and creating a level alternative foundation. We ensure site accessibility, coordinate utility hookups (water, sewer/septic and electrical) and secure all required permits while adhering to local zoning and building codes. A strong foundation is essential in helping prevent structural issues and ensuring a safe, long-lasting installation.

Relevel

Releveling is a critical preventative maintenance service for manufactured homes. Over time soil shifts and natural settling can cause uneven weight distribution across the home – leading to issues such as sticking doors or windows, cracked walls and sloped floors. Releveling is recommended 1 year after the initial set of the home and every 5 years thereafter. Releveling helps protect the structural integrity of your home and prevents more costly repairs over time.

 

Pilot Car Services

RC Mobile Home Service and Transport is fully licensed, bonded, and insured to perform Pilot Car Services throughout New Mexico, Colorado, and the surrounding Four Corners region.
